Goes well at any BBQ. Great with corn and beans, or even a baked sweet potato with a little butter and salt.

Ingredients
  • Roadside Chicken
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 Egg

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well. Marinate in ½ mixtures for approx. 1 hour. Baste chicken every 15 minutes until done.
