How to make it

  • Whisk chocolate and butter until blended.
  • Beat egg yolks until pale yellow, abotu 5 minutes.
  • Beat egg whites with salt, then add sugar and beat for 5 more seconds.
  • Fold chocolate into yolks, then fold into egg whites.
  • Soft flour over mixture and fold in.
  • Butter bottom and sides of a 10" pan. Pour cake mix into pan.
  • Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. It will be soft.
  • Cool completely in pan.
