SHREDDED BEEF SHEPHERDS PIE

- 2 cups beef broth shopping list
- 2 tbs flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups shredded pot roast shopping list
- 10 oz box frozen peas and carrots, thawed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 21 oz pkg prepared mashed potatoes shopping list
- paprika, for sprinkling shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Whisk broth and flour together in a saucepan. Heat until simmering. Simmer 1 min. or until thickened.
- Stir in roast, peas and carrots and oregano. Spoon mixture into casserole. Heat potatoes as per package directions. Spoon over top of meat mixture, sprinkle potatoes with a little paprika. Bake 30 min. Let stand 15 min. before serving.

Sounds great and very comforting. I love shepherds pie but have only had it with ground beef, this has to be good. You've got my 5.
