How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Whisk broth and flour together in a saucepan. Heat until simmering. Simmer 1 min. or until thickened.
  • Stir in roast, peas and carrots and oregano. Spoon mixture into casserole. Heat potatoes as per package directions. Spoon over top of meat mixture, sprinkle potatoes with a little paprika. Bake 30 min. Let stand 15 min. before serving.

    Sounds great and very comforting. I love shepherds pie but have only had it with ground beef, this has to be good. You've got my 5.
