How to make it

  • Between piece of plastic wrap or wax paper, place chicken breast hafe with smooth side down, gentle pound with flat side of meat about 1/2 inch thick. Repeat with remaining chicken, stir together with salt, pepper and flour.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Coat both side of chicken with flour mixture.
  • Cook in chicken in oil for 6-8 minutes, turning until chicken is no longer pink in ceter. Removed chicken into serving plate, keep it warm.
  • Uning the same skillet, stir broth, heat to boiling over medium high heat. Stir in mushroom and mustard. Cook 2-3 mintues, stir frequently, until slightly thickend. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkly with thyme.
  • Can be serve over rice or pasta.
