Dijon Chicken Top With Creamy Mushroom

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup roasted garlic season chicken broth shopping list
- 1 jar sliced mushroom, drained or fresh sliced mushroom shopping list
- 11/2 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- chopped fresh thyme for topping. shopping list
How to make it
- Between piece of plastic wrap or wax paper, place chicken breast hafe with smooth side down, gentle pound with flat side of meat about 1/2 inch thick. Repeat with remaining chicken, stir together with salt, pepper and flour.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Coat both side of chicken with flour mixture.
- Cook in chicken in oil for 6-8 minutes, turning until chicken is no longer pink in ceter. Removed chicken into serving plate, keep it warm.
- Uning the same skillet, stir broth, heat to boiling over medium high heat. Stir in mushroom and mustard. Cook 2-3 mintues, stir frequently, until slightly thickend. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkly with thyme.
- Can be serve over rice or pasta.
