  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic season chicken broth
  • 1 jar sliced mushroom, drained or fresh sliced mushroom
  • 11/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • chopped fresh thyme for topping.

Directions
  1. Between piece of plastic wrap or wax paper, place chicken breast hafe with smooth side down, gentle pound with flat side of meat about 1/2 inch thick. Repeat with remaining chicken, stir together with salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Coat both side of chicken with flour mixture.
  3. Cook in chicken in oil for 6-8 minutes, turning until chicken is no longer pink in ceter. Removed chicken into serving plate, keep it warm.
  4. Uning the same skillet, stir broth, heat to boiling over medium high heat. Stir in mushroom and mustard. Cook 2-3 mintues, stir frequently, until slightly thickend. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkly with thyme.
  5. Can be serve over rice or pasta.
