Tortellini and Artichoke Pasta Salad

- 10 ounce package cheese stuffed tortellini shopping list
- 4 whole marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 3 tablespoons roasted red pepper diced shopping list
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook tortellini then rinse and drain well.
- Toss with 1 tablespoon of the marinated artichoke liquid to keep from sticking together.
- More may be added for flavoring if desired.
- Drain artichokes then cut into chunks.
- Combine remaining ingredients and toss gently in a large bowl to combine.
- Refrigerate if not served immediately.
