PEACHY PUDDING BAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bateman Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1985.
Ingredients
- 8 medium peaches shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Peel peaches and slice then sprinkle evenly with sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
- Stir in baking mix and nutmeg then turn fruit mixture into greased square baking pan. Bake 35 minutes then serve warm with ice cream.
