Mother-in-laws Banana Nut Bread Recipe
This is an AWESOME banana-nut bread recipe, It's easy enough that my 16 year old daughter made it by her self.

Ingredients
  • 5 over ripened ( browning) bananas
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil (Vegetable, canola, etc)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup crushed pecans (optional and can replaced by another type of nut, but I prefer pecans)

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 2 "bread pans" and place to the side.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients with mixer.
  4. pour batter in oiled pans & bake for 50-55 minutes.
