Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese (10 ounces)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can crabmeat (7 ounces), drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (14 ounces)
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine in bowl, cheese, mayo, artichokes, crab meat and pepper sauce.
  3. Spoon into shallow 4 cup baking dish.
  4. Bake in oven until bubbly for about 25 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers.
  7. This recipe makes 4 cups of dip.

This dip recipe sounds good! I want to try this for upcoming birthday party next week. I have one question though, what kind of crabmeat and hot pepper sauce do you recommend using?
