Chocolate Sauce

- 3 1/2 Tbsp / 50g cocoa powder shopping list
- 3 1/2 Tbsp / 50g caster sugar shopping list
- 6 1/2 /100ml water shopping list
- 5 Tbsp / 75ml double cream shopping list
How to make it
- Sift cocoa powder into bowl and whisk with caster sugar.
- Add water and mix until smooth.
- Pour into non-stick sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Cook gently for 3 minutes., stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and add double cream, mixing until very smooth. You may seive the mixture for even further smoothness.
- Cool completely and then chill for two hours before using.
