How to make it

  • Place 3 cups of flour in food processor
  • Add salt and Italian seasoning (if desired)
  • Let salt, flour and seasonings blend in food processor
  • In a bowl whisk honey, yeast and 1/4 cup of water
  • While food processor is on add the mixture to the flour
  • Slowly add remaining water to flour, (I like to switch off between olive oil and water) until the dough starts to form into a ball.
  • Remove from food processor, knead dough into a ball
  • Lightly cover dough with olive oil and place under a damp towel for at least a hour
  • You can know use the dough however you like, this is a good amount to divide into 4 servings, making 4 individual pizza
