How to make it

  • PLACE bread cubes in greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Mix soup, red pepper/cayenne (if desired), milk and eggs.
  • Add shredded Swiss Cheese, thoroughly mixing in.
  • Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to bake uncover.
  • BAKE at 350-degrees F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  • TIP:
  • Recipe may be doubled.
  • Double all ingredients.
  • Divide ingredients evenly between two greased 2-quart shallow baking dishes.
  • Serves 12.
