Chocolate Croquettes

- 145 g dark chocolate shopping list
- 115 g butter shopping list
- 3 drops tabasco shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 30 g sugar shopping list
- 1 egg and coconut flakes for coating shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate over stream.
- Melt butter together with tabasco and put aside.
- Whisk sugar with egg and egg yolks, add molten chocolate, mix well.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Pour mixture in a form so that it is about 2,5 cm thick.
- Put for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Cut in small pieces and cover with egg and coconut flakes.
- Freeze for 2 hours and deep fry in oil until gold brown.
