Very simple healthy dish for dinner . Goes well with dhal or chicken gravy . Or if u r up for it , have it with honey . Makes 4 crepes .

Ingredients
  • 1 C semolina
  • 1 C all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt and tumerice pwd
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pwd , grated ginger
  • 2 small chillies , 1 onion , 1 tomatoe - thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Mix everything
  2. Add enough water to make a thin batter
  3. Let it stand for 15 mins
  4. Heat a non stick flat pan. Grease it .
  5. Put a ladleful of batter in the centre of the pan.
  6. Immediately spread the batter in a circular motion starting from the centre, to get a crepe.
  7. Must do it fast in spreading the batter,
  8. otherwise it will start cooking instantly and u end up with a thick crepes .
  9. The idea is to get thin crepes.
  10. Drizzle margarine or olive oil around the edges and on top .
  11. Wait till it becomes golden and becomes a little crisp around the edges.
  12. Flip.
  13. Cook on the other side too till golden .
  14. serve HOT
