Vegetable Crepes

- 1 C semolina shopping list
- 1 C all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 pinch salt and tumerice pwd shopping list
- 1/2 tsp chilli pwd , grated ginger shopping list
- 2 small chillies , 1 onion , 1 tomatoe - thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything
- Add enough water to make a thin batter
- Let it stand for 15 mins
- Heat a non stick flat pan. Grease it .
- Put a ladleful of batter in the centre of the pan.
- Immediately spread the batter in a circular motion starting from the centre, to get a crepe.
- Must do it fast in spreading the batter,
- otherwise it will start cooking instantly and u end up with a thick crepes .
- The idea is to get thin crepes.
- Drizzle margarine or olive oil around the edges and on top .
- Wait till it becomes golden and becomes a little crisp around the edges.
- Flip.
- Cook on the other side too till golden .
- serve HOT
