How to make it

  • Mix everything
  • Add enough water to make a thin batter
  • Let it stand for 15 mins
  • Heat a non stick flat pan. Grease it .
  • Put a ladleful of batter in the centre of the pan.
  • Immediately spread the batter in a circular motion starting from the centre, to get a crepe.
  • Must do it fast in spreading the batter,
  • otherwise it will start cooking instantly and u end up with a thick crepes .
  • The idea is to get thin crepes.
  • Drizzle margarine or olive oil around the edges and on top .
  • Wait till it becomes golden and becomes a little crisp around the edges.
  • Flip.
  • Cook on the other side too till golden .
  • serve HOT
