How to make it

  • Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.
  • Add chocolate powder and milk.
  • Stir with a whisk to mix the ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then immediately reduce the heat until there is steam coming off the mixture.
  • Cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off heat and let cool for a minute or two.
  • Pour and scrape into your container.
  • You can use the sauce immediately, or keep it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (let it come to room temp before reheating in microwave - 30 seconds)..
