Ingredients

5-6 packets of sprinkling chocolate (about 2 oz)

2 Tbsp butter or margarine

2 oz milk

Directions

Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.

Add chocolate powder and milk.

Stir with a whisk to mix the ingredients.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then immediately reduce the heat until there is steam coming off the mixture.

Cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off heat and let cool for a minute or two.

Pour and scrape into your container.

You can use the sauce immediately, or keep it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (let it come to room temp before reheating in microwave - 30 seconds)..
