Pesky Packets

- 5-6 packets of sprinkling chocolate (about 2 oz) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 oz milk shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.
- Add chocolate powder and milk.
- Stir with a whisk to mix the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then immediately reduce the heat until there is steam coming off the mixture.
- Cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off heat and let cool for a minute or two.
- Pour and scrape into your container.
- You can use the sauce immediately, or keep it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (let it come to room temp before reheating in microwave - 30 seconds)..
