Ingredients
  • Pork Cubes, trimmed and cut into smaller cubes
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Cup or more white raisin grapes
  • 2 tbspns Grapeseed or Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Worstershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbspns Cumin
  • 1 Tbspn Garlic and Chili Powder
  • 1 tspn Thyme, Rosemary and Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Saute onions and pork in oil over high heat.
  2. Add sauce and spices, let cook for about 10 minutes before adding the grapes.
  3. Saute until everything's blackened.
  4. Serve over rice or couscous
  5. Garnish the whole mess with parsley.
