Black Botttom Pie Recipe

Black Botttom Pie Recipe
This is the original recipe from the now closed Weidmann's Restaurant which operated for generations in Meridian, Ms. This pie was a drawing card. It is sinful and worth theeffort.

I have had thsis at Weidman's restaurant. It is now closed after over 100 years. This is a recipe that needs to be preserved. People drove for miles and miles to eat this pie. Thanks for posting.

I've had this and have looked for the recipe for years. This isn't fast food, but it's worth the time and trouble. Thanks!
