How to make it

  • Place beef in 2 quart microproof casserole; break up with fork. Add onion and green pepper. Cook on Hi (Max power) 9 minutes or until beef is no longer red, drain.
  • Stir to break up beef. Add tomatoes to meat mixture. Stir in 14 cup reserved tomato liquid, corn, tomato sauce, olives, and chili powder. Cover. cook on Hi (Max) 6-8 minutes, or until heated through. STir, Sprinkle with corn chips and cheese. Cook on 50 (defrost) 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
