Mulligatawny Soup

- 500 g lean mutton , cubed shopping list
- 6 cups water shopping list
- 2 tbsp ginger paste shopping list
- 2 tbsp garlic paste shopping list
- 1 inch cinnamon stick , 4 cardamoms , 4 cloves , 1 onion diced - fried till golden brown shopping list
- 200 g to 250 g tomatoes , sliced shopping list
- 100 g to 150 g carrot , cubed shopping list
- 100 g to 250 g new potatos shopping list
- 3 tbsp curry powder shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 250 ml Low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime juice and chopped corriander root shopping list
How to make it
- Boil mutton , water , ginger and garlic pastes until the meat is almost tender
- Add the fried ing. to the soup
- Add in the vege and the milk and boil till the vegetables are cooked .
- Add the lime juice and chopped corriander roots
- Stir well and serve
