Fish or Prawn Moolie

- 250 g shallots , 5 cloves garlic , 2 green chillies and 1 cm ginger - thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 spriges curry leaves shopping list
- 250 g tomatoes shopping list
- 1 tbsp fish or seafood curry powder shopping list
- 500 gm cod SLICES or SPANISH MACKEREL ( Ikan Tenggiri ) or LARGE prawns shopping list
- 250 ml low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 200 ml water shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Saute all the sliced ing. until golden and aromatic .
- Add the tomatoes and curry powder and continue to saute until the oil separates .
- Add the fish slices / prawns , milk and the water .
- Stir gently and mix well .
- Cover and simmer until cooked
