Strawberry Sorbet

STRAWBERRY SORBET This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Glass Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ripe strawberries shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 small pinch salt shopping list
How to make it
- Blend or process strawberries until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for a few minutes until foamy.
- Pour into small containers and freeze.
