Brave New Delis Harvest Moon Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Bagel, plain or seeded

Avocado

Mushrooms

Cream Cheese

Red Onions

Tomatoes

Alfalfa Sprouts

Mayonnaise (originally, it was made with "Cactus Sauce", but I don't know what's in that!)

Directions

Toast the bagel and spread one side with cream cheese, the other with mayo. Slice the vegetables and layer them. Dig in!
