Kid Tested and extremly simple (this is actually pretty good if your child has a runny nose from allergies) I have given this to my son for that same reason, and it actually helped. Kefer helps with that too:) Raw honey is also good for a cough, especially now since many of the cough medicines for children have been stripped from the stores.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sandwhich bread shopping list
- raw honey to spread shopping list
How to make it
- Spread honey between 2 slices of sandwhich bread
- cut in half
- serves 2 toddlers (remember do not give honey to any child under 12 months of age! It is actually better to wait till they are 18 months.)
- Serve with a glass of milk

Peanut butter n honey samiches are a huge hit in my house!!! I love them cause the honey doesn't ooze out like jam does so they're almost mess free!
