- Fresh sliced lemons to cover length of fish shopping list
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving shopping list
- mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip -- too sweet) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Slather the inside of the fish with mayonnaise and stuff with lemon slices and wrap in two layers of heavy aluminum foil.
- Grill for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size of fish. (Fish is done when no longer opaque.) Do not overcook (although mayo will keep the fish from drying out).
