Chicken Reuben Sandwiches Recipe

How to make it

  • Bake Chicken in Preheated 350 degree Oven. Cook 25-30 Minutes or done ( juices run clear)
  • Remove Chicken Breasts, place some Sour Kraut and Swiss on top of each Chicken Breast.
  • Return to Oven, Melt Cheese
  • Butter and Toast/Broil Sour Dough
  • 1-2 tbs. of Thousand Islad dressing on each slice of Sour Dough
  • Add Chicken Breast with Cheese/kraut to Roll
  • Serve
  • * Could use an entire loaf of Crusty, toasted French Bread to make one Family size Sandwich.
  • ** Could Grill Chicken Breast or Broil, instead of baking.
