Spanish Arroz Con Pollo Chicken And Rice

- 1 whole chicken (cut up) shopping list
- 2 tbps. Ac'cent shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsps. pepper shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry wine shopping list
- 1 large bell pepper shopping list
- 2 cups of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 2 cups rice shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 small jar of pimientos shopping list
- 1 can petit peas (baby) shopping list
How to make it
- Baste the chicken with mashed garlic and lemon juice.
- Heat oil and brown the chicken, then add chopped onions and chopped bell pepper, tomato sauce, jar of pimientos with its liquid, liquid from peas, salt, pepper, accent, and the azafran, white wine, broth and water.
- Rinse the rice and let it sit in water while chicken is halfway cooked,
- then add the drained rice. Simmer until the rice is tender.
- Add the peas.
- Adorn with asparagus.
