How to make it

  • Baste the chicken with mashed garlic and lemon juice.
  • Heat oil and brown the chicken, then add chopped onions and chopped bell pepper, tomato sauce, jar of pimientos with its liquid, liquid from peas, salt, pepper, accent, and the azafran, white wine, broth and water.
  • Rinse the rice and let it sit in water while chicken is halfway cooked,
  • then add the drained rice. Simmer until the rice is tender.
  • Add the peas.
  • Adorn with asparagus.
