First time I made dis . It goes well with some thick gravy . Makes a good packed meal . Stays fresh for long hours .

Ingredients
- 2 C rice , cooked with salt
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard seed , Urad dal and Chana dal
- 2 Whole dried chilli , broken
- Pinch of tumeric powder and asafoetida
- 1/2 C unsalted peanuts , roasted
- 10 curry leaves
Directions
- Fry the dhal and the chilli
- Add the powders
- Add the nuts and the mustard seeds and the curry leaves
- Add the rice and the lemon juice
- Mix well and Serve
