How to make it

  • Meat Sauce:
  • Fry the ground beef, onions, green pepper, sugar, seasonings in a skillet until meat is cooked. Add the tomoates and water. and simmer until mixture is warm. Set aside.
  • Cook the spaghetti until tender and wash with cold water to remove starch and protect from sticking.
  • When pasta is drained, pour in the meat sauce and heat until simmering.
