Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef (more or less)

1/4 of onion-chopped

1 rib of green pepper-chopped

2 rounded tablespoons of suger

1/2 teaspoon Oregano

1/2 teaspoon of Cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 to 1 pound of dry spaghetti

1 - #2 1/2 can of tomatoes-chop or you can use crushed

1/2 cup hot water

Directions

Meat Sauce:

Fry the ground beef, onions, green pepper, sugar, seasonings in a skillet until meat is cooked. Add the tomoates and water. and simmer until mixture is warm. Set aside.

Cook the spaghetti until tender and wash with cold water to remove starch and protect from sticking.

When pasta is drained, pour in the meat sauce and heat until simmering.
