How to make it
- Combine strawberries,sugar and lemon juice in food processor and blend till smooth,about 30 seconds. Transfer to a large bowl and whisk in gelatin.
- Beat cream until it holds soft peaks. Fold 1/4 of cream into strawberry mixture to lighten it,then gently fold in remaining cream.
- Portion mousse into serving cups and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

I do love strawberries and any fruit. I just can not have any right now. But I do them for my family.And believe me, they will love this, especially my oldest daughter!bluewaterandsand in GAFFNEY loved it
