How to make it

  • PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
  • PRESS wonton wrappers into mini-muffin cups.
  • COOK beef in skillet until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and picante sauce.
  • SPOON beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with salsa and cheese.
  • BAKE about 8 min. or until wontons are golden brown.
  • SERVE immediately with additional salsa. Garnish with sour cream and sliced ripe olives if desired. Makes 24 appetizers.

    I love the mini-muffin cup idea I was going to make Quesadillas however this might be a nicer way to make them.

    Great idea! I have some egg roll wraps in the fridge...I could probably cut them down and use them, huh? I'm gonna try it...thanx for the post. :)
