Mini Tacos

- 24 wonton wrappers shopping list
- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 pkg. (1.12 oz.) Pace® taco seasoning Mix shopping list
- 2 tbsp. Pace® Picante Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup Pace® Thick & chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend shredded mexican cheese blend shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
- PRESS wonton wrappers into mini-muffin cups.
- COOK beef in skillet until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and picante sauce.
- SPOON beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with salsa and cheese.
- BAKE about 8 min. or until wontons are golden brown.
- SERVE immediately with additional salsa. Garnish with sour cream and sliced ripe olives if desired. Makes 24 appetizers.

I love the mini-muffin cup idea I was going to make Quesadillas however this might be a nicer way to make them.
