Salt Grilled Shrimp Seu Sogum Gui

This is a different way to cook shrimp that makes them so crispy that you can eat them with the shells on. This is better done outdoors or in a well ventilated area, as it creates a lot of smoke.
Ingredients
- shrimp, with shells on shopping list
- salt, kosher shopping list
- seasoning (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Line a pan with aluminum foil and place a thick layer of salt on it.
- Place the pan on a hot fire.
- Place shrimp on the salt and cover with foil.
- Remove the shrimp as soon as they turn pink.
