I made this and served to my guests tonight. They all loved it. I didn't have applesauce, so used one fresh apple, peeled and grated. The only thing that was disappointing was that I didn't really taste the rosemary. I will definately make this recipe again, but will probably use 2-3 T of finely chopped fresh rosemary.
