Cannoli Pudding with Ricotta and Cherries

Rich and creamy, and a little different from the norm. Love this one. From my friend Carrie. Chill 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips, pecans, cherries, sugar and cream. Spoon into dessert dishes.
Refrigerate until serving.
Garnish with whole cherries if desired.
