How to make it

  • Brown lamb.
  • Add feta cheese, moroccan seasoning and red onion. Mix well.
  • Prepare phyllo triangles according to directions on package (use two layers of pastry, brush melted butter between the layers, cut into four strips. Place a healthy teaspoon of filling at the bottom, then fold one side over and then the other and repeat until you run out of pastry!)
  • Brush with melted butter and bake about 10 minutes at 350 or until nicely browned.

    Made this on the weekend. A real 5. Used ground pork and yellow onion because thats what I had.
    My husband requested that next time to use creme
    fraiche in place of feta. The seasonings are outstanding. :) Viktoria
