Moroccan Lamb And Feta Phyllo Triangles

- 1 lb ground lamb shopping list
- 500 grams feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- Half a red onion, very finely diced shopping list
- MOROCCAN seasoning [makes 1 tbs] (1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground corriander, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1/4 tsp ground cloves) I use almost 2 tbs of the seasoning, just depends on your personal taste. shopping list
- 1 package store bought Pyllo pastry shopping list
How to make it
- Brown lamb.
- Add feta cheese, moroccan seasoning and red onion. Mix well.
- Prepare phyllo triangles according to directions on package (use two layers of pastry, brush melted butter between the layers, cut into four strips. Place a healthy teaspoon of filling at the bottom, then fold one side over and then the other and repeat until you run out of pastry!)
- Brush with melted butter and bake about 10 minutes at 350 or until nicely browned.
