Red And Blue Bacon Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound baon

1 small onion, diced

1 cup finely crumbed blue cheese

3 tbs or so hot sauce

2 packages store bought puff pastry

Directions

Fry bacon and and onion, until bacon is cooked (don't let it got TOO crispy) and onions are soft.

Place in bowl and add blue cheese and hot sauce. Mix well

Unroll pastry. Cut into 9 squares. Place filling in corner, fold over into a triangle. Press all edges with a fork (dip tines in flour) to seal.

Bake about 350 for about 15 minutes until golden.
