Ingredients

2 pounds carrots scraped and sliced diagonally into coins

1 large package mushrooms thinly sliced

1 tablespoon rosemary

1/2 cube butter

Directions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer covered until tender about 10 minutes.
