I just cant have enough of the butter cake I make . So with a bit of alteration I made this cake .

Ingredients
  • Butter cake batter ( check out my recipe Butter Cake With Frosting )
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 C mashed banana
  • 1 firm banana finely sliced
  • 1/2 Q dip in lemon juice and set aside for topping

Directions
  1. Follow the butter cake recipe
  2. Pre heat oven to 180 deg
  3. Add the mashed banana , cinnamon .
  4. Fold in some banana slices .
  5. Bake for 40 mins
  6. Cool
  7. Top with Cinnamon Frosting and banana slices
  8. bake for 40 mins
