Spaghetti Pomodori e Peperoni con le Uovo

- 300gm spaghetti cooked shopping list
- 1 onion sliced shopping list
- 300 g red and yellow peppers shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 15 basil leaves , shredded shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- pecorino cheese , grated shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion until golden
- Add the peppers and cook for 3 mins
- Add tomatoes and cook until it thickens
- Season withs alt and pepper and basil leaves
- Break the eggs one by one and leave them whole
- Sprinle salt on it and turn off the heat once the whites are cooked
- Gently remove the eggs to a dish
- Toss the pasta with the sauce
- Add teh cheese on top and transfer to plates
- Place the eggs on top of each plate
