Easy Cheese Beef Enchiladas

- 1 LB ground beef. (I USED DEER) shopping list
- 1 JAR (16 OZ) THICK N chunky salsa (YOUR FAVORITE ONE WILL DO) shopping list
- 1-1/2 CUP OF SHREDDED MOZERELLA cheese (CAN MIX IT UP W/SHREDDED CHEDDAR TOO AND ADD MORE IF YOU WISH) shopping list
- 1 PKG OF flour tortillas ( I ONLY USED 4 SO THERE WAS ALOT OF MEAT IN MINE) shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 OF AN onion FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- TACO BELL seasoning PACKET shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- BROWN MEAT IN A LARGE SKILLET, MIX WITH ONIONS FOR ADDITIONAL FLAVOR, POUR SEASONING PACKET IN ONCE MEAT IS COOKED THROUGH, STIRRING FREQUENTLY
- ONCE MEAT IS FINISHED SPOON IN THE MEAT, INTO TORTILLAS, AND ROLL THEM UP, STARTING AT ONE END. SEAM SIDE DOWN
- TOP THEM WITH AS MUCH SALSA AS YOU WANT
- THEN ADD AS MUCH CHEESE AS YOU WANT.
- I WOULD PUT LOTS OF CHEESE ON IT TO MAKE IT MORE FLAVORFUL.
- BAKE @ 10 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED
- **SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM & MEXICAN RICE
