  • 1 LARGE ONION
  • 2/3 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 3 SLICES OF FRESH GINGER
  • 1/4 CUP WINE VINEGAR

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER, PROCESS UNTIL ONION AND GINGER ARE PUREED, REFRIGERATE
  2. YIELD 1 CUP
