How to make it

  • Butter both sides of english muffin while still warm(or toast in pan with ghee)
  • on one side layer all ingredients
  • sprinkle liberally with garam masala and thyme
  • top off and enjoy
  • options:
  • spread with a biryani or chile paste intead of butter
  • a curry mayo is delicious too.

    Goes well with a tomato soup on a rainy day, a salad for a healthy lunch, or a hearty risotto for a filling dinner
