Turkey Sandwich Goes To India Recipe
An experiment of mine with Indian spices that collided two sides of the world. Options include using naan instead of eng. muffin

Ingredients
  • 1 english muffin, split and toasted lightly
  • butter or ghee
  • 2 slices peppered turkey (deli)
  • 1 thin slice sweet onion
  • 1 thin slice ripe tomato
  • 1 slice favourite cheese
  • garam masala
  • dry thyme or crushed minced fresh
  • options:
  • biryani paste, chile paste, curried mayo

Directions
  1. Butter both sides of english muffin while still warm(or toast in pan with ghee)
  2. on one side layer all ingredients
  3. sprinkle liberally with garam masala and thyme
  4. top off and enjoy
  5. options:
  6. spread with a biryani or chile paste intead of butter
  7. a curry mayo is delicious too.
