Simple Weeknight Dessert. Fancy in Parfait Cups or spooned into cereal bowl, yummy either way. Very versatile.

Ingredients
  • 1 5.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2C. Cold Milk
  • 1 8oz container Cool Whip
  • 1 to 1 1/2C. Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 sleeve (10) Graham Crackers coarsely broken (I have not tried this with cinnamon grahams)

Directions
  1. Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes, scraping bowl several times. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove from fridge.
  3. Add Cool Whip and mix well
  4. Fold in CC and Graham Crackers.
  5. Chill another 30 minutes at least. Enjoy
  6. Flavor gets better the longer it chills and is excellent the next day.
