How to make it

  • Pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap to 3/4" thickness. Combine oil, juice herbes and garlic in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken to bag & marinate 2-6 hours.
  • Grill chicken, cool, and cut into slices.
  • Cut bread horizontally in half. Pull out and discard soft interior crumbs from top half leaving a 1/2" thick shell. drizzle dressing over inside of top and bottom. Layer onion, tomato, lettuce and then chicken. Top with top half of bread and weight down the sandwich.
  • Cut into quarters to serve.
