This dish is bit greeny & creamy.It goes perfectly with Rotti,Fried Rice,Rice...when i tried this for the first time,my family loved it!

Ingredients
  • Chicken-1kg
  • Coriender leaves-1 Bunch
  • Green Chilli-4-5
  • Ginger 1inch,Garlic-4 cloves (Made into paste)
  • Green Paste-(Grind The coriender leaves,Green Chillies,Ginger-Garlic)
  • Casewnuts-10 (Made into paste)
  • Yourgut-3/4 cup
  • Big Onions- 4 (Grated)
  • Chilly Powder- 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala-4 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Ghee- 2 tsp(optional)

Directions
  1. To The Chicken Add The GREEN PASTE,rub it well
  2. Add Some 1/2 tsp of salt,3/4 Cup of Yourgut &Marinate
  3. Add The Grated Onions,Rub them Nicely to the Chicken pieces
  4. Marinate for 30 min
  5. Pour 2 tsp Oil & 2 tsp of Ghee
  6. Add The Marinated Chicken & Cook Till It's Tender
  7. When It's half Cooked,Add Chilli Powder& Garam Masala
  8. Cook In a High Flame Till The Water evpt
  9. Add The Casewnut Paste,Cook For 5min,In a Low Flame

Gotta try this. I LOVe coriander! I like to eat Indian food but I don't make it often because it's so much work....but this sounds easy!
