Fish Balls

- 2 lb. freshwater fish, includes bone and skin shopping list
- 8 oz. roasted almonds shopping list
- 4 oz ham -optional shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 Tbsp cornflour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Bone and skin the fish.
- Mince the meat and cut the almonds and ham into small pieces
- Put the minced fish in a deep bowl, add the egg, flour and salt.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add the ham and almonds.
- Shape into small balls.
- Cook briefly in boiling salted water.
- They are ready as soon as they float to the surface.
- Serve very hot lightly sprinkled with good sesame/extra-virgin olive oil
