Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bone and skin the fish.
  • Mince the meat and cut the almonds and ham into small pieces
  • Put the minced fish in a deep bowl, add the egg, flour and salt.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the ham and almonds.
  • Shape into small balls.
  • Cook briefly in boiling salted water.
  • They are ready as soon as they float to the surface.
  • Serve very hot lightly sprinkled with good sesame/extra-virgin olive oil
