Black Russian Cake

Black Russian cocktail in a decedent dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix(Devil's Food,dark chocolate,Chocolate Mocha,etc) shopping list
- 1 3oz box instant chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup vodka shopping list
- 1 cup coffee liqueur-divided shopping list
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl,sift cake mix and pudding together.
- Add vegetable oil and 4 eggs. Beat 1 minute on low or until combined.
- Add vodka and 1/2 cup coffee liqueur. Increase speed to medium and beat 4 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 50-60 minutes or until.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes then turn out onto a serving plate.
- Combine 1/2 cup liqueur and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth.
- Prick warm cake using a long wooden skewer.
- Slowly pour or drizzle liqueur mixture over cake.
- Let cake cool completely before serving.
