Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Unroll and spread out bottom crust into a 9" pie pan.
  • Poke several holes in the bottom.
  • Pour the canned apple filling into 1/2 of the pie crust,pushing it to one side only.
  • Drain peaches thoroughly,pour into remaining half of pie crust.
  • Sprinkle flour,cinnamon and sugar onto peach side,stirring lightly.
  • Unroll and cover pie with remaining crust,fluting edges.
  • Dip fingers into water and brush over top crust.
  • Poke holes in top and sprinkle with more cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  • Bake for approx 1 hr or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with ice cream...yum!

    I love this idea! I'd probably throw in a handful of cranberries through the whole thing to balance out the sweet peaches and apple filling though - my family and I are used to sheer basic apple pie: crust, apples, cinnamon, end of story. They'd love this though!
