This is very tender and very easy. Put it on in the morning and come home to a magnificent meal that looks and tastes like you spent hours preparing it. This comes from my Sunday School teacher. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1 large onion halved and cut into 1/4" slices
  • 2 apples peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot then cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
