How to make it

  • Boil 5 1/2 C until thickens and reduced to half the quantity .
  • Add the the sugar and boil 10 mins .
  • Add the cornflour to 1/2 C milk and add to the above .
  • Boil few mins .
  • Add the mawa and remove from fire at once .
  • Pour the essence , flavourings, dried fruits, cardamom, etc. are whatever you are using
  • Cool it .
  • Fill the paste in the moulds ( prefer the conical shapes )
  • Seal tightly and freeze .
  • Garnish .
