  • After cooking the collard greens and rice, mix in the cranberries, butter and the pecans, cook until simmering.
  • Serve hot.
  • Makes about 8 to 10 servings, depending on size of portion

    Sounds very good. I don't like white rice but I can eat rice a roni so I will try this one.

    Thank you. It really tastes great. You can use a pre-package rice dish like from Rice-a-Roni or other brand (that has vermicelli) and it makes it faster and easier. Try adding your own suggestion as flavoring.
