    David...I have to tell you...Tried your Pork Rub...In my opinion...Fantastic...Have used it twice now...The first time on Ribs..the second time on Pork Tenderloin...Mmmmmm..I cant believe that it has not yet been given a 5 fork rating....Well it has now...Thank you...Cheers

    A little info on using rubs: Simply add the rub to your protein and throw it on the grill. The amount of time prior to cooking depends on the meat you are applying it to:

    15 minutes - Small Foods such as shellfish, kabobs, vegetables

    15-30 minutes - Thin meat such as chicken breasts, fish fillets, pork tenderloin, chops, and steaks

    30-90 minutes - Thick cuts of meat like Leg of lamb, whole chickens, and beef roasts

    2 to 8 hours - Big or tough cuts of meat such as racks of ribs, whole hams, turkeys, and pork shoulders
