Here's a great rub for pork tenderloin, chops, or anything else. It can easily be adjusted to your taste. Fire up the grill!

A little info on using rubs: Simply add the rub to your protein and throw it on the grill. The amount of time prior to cooking depends on the meat you are applying it to:
15 minutes - Small Foods such as shellfish, kabobs, vegetables
15-30 minutes - Thin meat such as chicken breasts, fish fillets, pork tenderloin, chops, and steaks
30-90 minutes - Thick cuts of meat like Leg of lamb, whole chickens, and beef roasts
2 to 8 hours - Big or tough cuts of meat such as racks of ribs, whole hams, turkeys, and pork shoulders
